A "Green" Company Since 1990
The HydroFlo air operated pre-packaged pump skids and pump systems are used to transfer process water, potable water, wastewater, sludge and other fluids from process equipment, wastewater treatment equipment, collection tanks or sumps.
The positive displacement, air diaphragm pump systems are specifically designed to be used with an existing collection tank or sump. The pumps are sized to provide 50 feet of head at the design flow rate. The air diaphragm pump, valves and control panel are mounted on a corrosion resistant painted steel skid.
The system can be used in conjunction with other wastewater products. When integrating with other wastewater product modules, the air diaphragm pump system simply interlocks with the other modules. The interconnecting piping (if within 3 feet of the next module) is also provided with the system.

Life Cycle Cost:
Making a decision on what equipment to select goes beyond purchase price. Life Cycle Costing is becoming a critical part in the decision process for plant equipment.
What is Life Cycle Cost (LCC)?
It is the process of evaluating the overall cost of equipment from purchase through maintenance and operation, over the life of the equipment. It has been proven that utilizing high quality equipment that may have a higher purchase price will ultimately save money over time, through reduced energy consumption, maintenance and manufacturing down time. HydroFlo can help you to determine these costs to help you in making your choice of equipment, with the ultimate goal of designing the most cost effective and energy efficient system possible.
