Hydro-Flo Emulsion Breaking Systems

Hydro-Flo Emulsion Breaking Systems are an excellent choice for applications which have both free and emulsified oil in the wastewater.   The EBX system is designed to treat mechanically emulsified oil, using acid breaking technology.  The system is an excellent choice for fully automatic, reliable oily wastewater treatment in a compact, easy to install and use package.   The system is designed and sized according to API 421 criteria. 

The Emulsion Breaking System comes integrated with all of the components needed to make a complete wastewater treatment system.   The system includes integral chemical mixing and separation chambers, automatic PH adjusting system, chamber mixers, chemical pumps, coalescing media, and a system control panel.   The systems are constructed of A36 Carbon Steel, and available in a variety of sizes dependent on your application's flow rate, specific gravity, and viscosity.
