treatment system can be configured for a wide variety of
wastewater conditions, making it the most versatile system
available. |
| Hydro-Flo Technologies fully engineered skid mounted treatment
systems come complete with all the components integrated and skid
mounted to make a complete wastewater treatment system. The
integral chemical mixing and separation chambers, automatic pH
adjusting system, chamber mixers, chemical pumps, sludge
dewatering, and system control panel are included. The
clarification and coalescing media packs (if supplied) are easily
removed for servicing. Different configurations and materials of
construction are offered to handle any difficult wastewater
application and combination of treatment methodologies. Standard
and custom configurations include oil/water separation, inclined
plate clarification, dissolved air flotation, sludge conditioning
& dewatering, and fully automatic controls. |
Hydro-Flo Packaged Systems in the field
1) This application
uses an oil water separator and a Clarifier and flash/floc system to
remove oil., emulsified oil, solids and organics at an aircraft
washing facility. The system is designed to treat for compliance
for discharge to sanitary sewer and provide limited recycling of the
wastewater. The system is a 45 gpm application, utilizing flash/floc mix,
a Clarifier, chemical feeds, flow and pH instrumentation,
multimedia filter, carbon filter, chlorine addition and measuring, and a fully
automatic main control panel. This system has been in operation since 2006.
2) This application
uses a DAF and flash/floc system to remove oil, emulsified oil and
suspended solids from a locomotive maintenance facility. The system
is designed to treat for compliance for discharge to sanitary
sewer. The system is a 100 gpm system, utilizing flash/floc mix, DAF with chemical
feeds, flow and pH instruments, and a fully automatic main control
panel. This system has been in operation since 2003.
3) This application
uses a Clarifier and flash/floc system to remove suspended solids
contaminated with radioactive substance from an ore processing
facility. The system is designed to treat for compliance for
discharge to sanitary sewer. The system is a 60 gpm
application, utilizing flash/floc
mix, Clarifier, and a fully automatic main control panel. This
system has been in operation
since 2003.
4) This application
uses a Hydro-Flo Technologies multimedia filter to remove oxidized
iron from groundwater at a hydrocarbon spill site. If not removed,
the iron fouls the carbon media, air stripper, piping, pumps, and
the re-injection wells.. The filter is a 450 gpm application,
utilizing a triple cell
multimedia filter with fully automatic backwashing system. This
system has been in operation since 1993.
