Leak Test Certification

As stated on our drawings and/or specifications, welds on interior compartments are to be hydrostatically tested to insure weld integrity between interior walls.  If leaks are detected, another hydrostatic test is required after remediation. 

After completion of the interior hydrostatic test, the entire unit shall be subjected to a full level hydrostatic test for a minimum duration of 12 hrs.  A representative from Hydro-Flo Technologies MUST witness a successful hydrostatic leak test before approval will be given to proceed with coating.  If leaks are detected, another hydrostatic test is required after remediation.
